A scholarship is a form of financial aid offered by any quality school, private or public. Scholarships can be awarded on the basis of academic achievement, exceptional talent, and for students who are financially or medically disadvantaged.
It is possible to find out whether and what forms of scholarships the school offers by consulting the scholarship regulations, which are part of the publicly available school documents and can of course be requested directly from the school. The Scholarship Regulations set out what forms of financial support the school can provide and how to apply for it. There is no legal entitlement to a bursary and it is always at the discretion of the relevant school authority whether and in what form or amount a bursary will be awarded. The procedure for assessing an application for a bursary is defined in the Bursary Regulations, so we recommend that you pay due attention to this document and if you feel that you would benefit from this assistance, please do not hesitate to use it.
The European Training Academy has defined in its scholarship regulations when it is possible to apply for a scholarship and how the whole process works. The scholarship programme at the European Training Academy is generous and takes into account the different options that lead to an application. Scholarships here are divided according to the needs of the student into social, special, project, exceptional and development scholarships. As the titles suggest, the European Academy of Education is ready to help those for whom studying at our school might be a disproportionate financial burden, but also those who show exceptional talent and can support the school's activities with their learning outcomes. But we will also support students from developing countries for whom broadening their qualifications can make a significant difference to their employment in their own country or elsewhere.
The school may award a scholarship in the form of a 10%-70% discount on tuition fees, and very rarely there may be a direct financial contribution to the student's account. In rare cases, the student does not have to apply for the scholarship and the school may offer it itself. Normally, the student sends a free application to the school and the school has 30 days to respond with a decision to accept or reject the application.
