Why is it worthwhile to travel?
Going abroad is a very valuable life experience. It doesn't matter too much if you are a teenager with no commitments who has no problem packing a backpack and going "out into the world" for six months, or if you are older and more experienced in life.
More and more people who do not yet have a family are not tied to a specific job or career. Nothing prevents them from leaving the Czech Republic temporarily. Travelling is not expensive and if you know how to combine destinations, you can literally see the world with a few crowns in your pocket.
The important thing is just to have the courage. You will be rewarded with much greater independence and confidence in your own abilities. Sometimes things don't work out the way you planned when you travel, but that's okay, the important thing is to be able to deal with the situation.
On the road you will find out how things work elsewhere. Different mentalities and cultures will greatly enrich your existing view of the world. And you may also discover that the proverbial grass is not greener elsewhere and many of the everyday moments in the Czech Republic are to be cherished.
You can combine your stay abroad with work and study
As well as memories, you'll take home useful knowledge. You will learn a foreign language and make new friendships and professional contacts. In addition, if you are thinking of changing your original career, you can combine your stay abroad with your studies.
You can sign up for a study stay on site. However, the majority of students are at least initially prevented from studying by the language barrier, so they usually prefer to study directly in the language. Do you need to study a different discipline to apply yourself?
